The manager called Enterprise to set up my car rental for me. They kept me informed with details with what was happening to my car. My car was ready for pick up about a week later. "Norcini's is a family business that you feel a part of from the time that you walk in the front door. When I first purchased my car in 2007, a thief broke the window to steal my GPS and Norcini was the only shop that would repair my window because there was a snowstorm on the way. Years later, after a bad accident, they took the same car into their care and made it look better than before the accident took place.
