At Noricini Auto Body, we want to help make the process as simple as possible for our customers and to help answer any questions you may have. Below are some frequently asked questions and answers to help you during the process.

I already have an estimate from the insurance company, what do I do now?

Send us or bring in the estimate and we will work directly with the insurance company to make sure you get the most for your repair.

What if my car has frame damage?

Whether you have a more modern car with a unitized body structure or a traditional body on frame, we have high quality frame machines that are made to pull and repair your frame back to factory specifications. With our new computerized chief measuring system, we are able to laser measure the control points to make sure your car is back to its original condition.

How do I know if my car is a total loss?

Although any car can be fixable with the right amount of money, most insurance companies will total a vehicle when the repair estimate meets or exceeds 75-80% of the vehicle's value.

How long will it take for my car to be repaired?

There are many factors to determine how long it will take to fix a vehicle. Depending on the year/make/model, whether or not parts are needed, how severe the damage is, whether insurance is involved, etc. We will always try our best to get your vehicle repaired as soon as possible while ensuring the highest repair quality.

When do I have to pay my deductible and who do I have to pay it to?

Depending on the type of claim and who is at fault in the accident, you may or may not have to pay the deductible. If you are required to, you pay it to Norcini Auto Body upon pick up of your vehicle after its been repaired.
